- Proven work experience as a Desktop Services Engineer or IT Site Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and process execution
- Accuracy with work, strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Able to communicate in English – as you will work in a Regional team
- Strong Customer focus
- Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
- Windows 7-11, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365, Enterprise anti-virus solutions and PC hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Working experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Experience with tools for User management, software deployment, Operating System deployment
- Basic network and servers knowledge
