Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate local IT Site activities, act as escalation point for local stakeholders;
  • Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, multifunctional devices, HW and SW for employees. Provide new hires with basic introduction of IT resources;
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and follow-up until they are solved;
  • Manage site company’s IT assets and assist with hardware and software procurement;
  • Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on desktops, laptops, multifunctional devices;
  • Monitor the availability of IT systems through existing portals and log/resolve/escalate issues;
  • Follow IT standards, processes and policies – propose improvements of these;
  • Provide occasional services for Network, Servers and Security when Corporate IT Teams ask local help;
  • Work in an international team and be part in a multicultural team;

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Services Engineer or IT Site Coordinator
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and process execution
  • Accuracy with work, strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Able to communicate in English – as you will work in a Regional team
  • Strong Customer focus
  • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
  • Windows 7-11, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365, Enterprise anti-virus solutions and PC hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Working experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
  • Experience with tools for User management, software deployment, Operating System deployment
  • Basic network and servers knowledge

Willingness to travel 10%;
