Responsibilities:

RFQ and benchmark management (sourcing committee, supplier awarding, price negotiations, contract management);
Supplier selection, supplier management, supplier development, business reviews;
Proactively identifies and solves issues related to suppliers and allocated materials – escalation point for operational functions;
Continuous engagement with market in order to assure the supply chain continuity in case of allocation, strategic shortages;
Commodity lead buyer (only for the awarded categories) responsible for divisional procurement processes across 3 to 4 locations;
Data accuracy in internal system: SAP/ databases;
Proactively identifies continuous improvement opportunities within the procurement process;
KPIs implementation and monitoring: PPV, supplier spend, price increases, cost savings, cost reduction plan;

Requirements:

Bachelor degree;
Advanced English,
Advanced MS-Office;
Experience of at least 3 years in the automotive field or in similar fields;
Technical knowledge 3 years in the automotive field or in similar fields is a plus;
Experience in negotiating contracts for direct materials, investments, equipment or technical solutions;
Good synchronization with external suppliers in order to comply with the agreed terms;
Experience in cost analysis / offers from suppliers;
Advanced presentation skills;
Ability to manage change of priorities for several projects at the same time;
SAP knowledge is a plus;
