Responsibilities:

  • Identify problems in the assembly lines, determine their origin and recommend ways to prevent them by submitting proposals for design changes or by working with other departments;
  • Performs functional and stress tests on On-Board Charger for electric vehicles (voltages up to 800 V).
  • Performs signal measurements and diagnostics at the electronic board and subsystem level.
  • Performs hardware debugging to identify and fix defects.
  • Participates in root cause analysis (Root Cause Analysis – RCA) in case of functional non-conformities.
  • Collaborates with hardware and software teams for design or testing adjustments.
  • Defines and updates test plans and procedures.
  • Involves in optimizing test equipment (fixtures, testbench, interfaces).
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation related to test/debug activities (test reports, defect analysis sheets, etc.).

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven work experience with hardware debugging and diagnostics at the electronic board.
  • Advanced knowledge in one electronics.
  • Relevant work experience in the production environment;
  • Technical university degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Good knowledge of English is mandatory;
