- Support in the quotations phase for possible future projects (NBO’s); Coordination of the shop floor layouts preparation, in collaboration with the Lean and Continuous Improvement department; Coordinates and successfully implement the customer and internal engineering change requests.
- Monthly project reviews with the local stakeholders and quarterly with the division managers.
- Lead cross-functional project teams (including development team) Manage project risks, timing, and budget.
- Coordinate APQP activities until SOP and 6 months after.
- Drive customer communication and escalation management.
- Ensure achievement of project milestones and KPIs.
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan.
- Experience with NPI / Product Industrialization / Transfer Projects.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools.
- Experience in managing international customers.
- Risk management and change management.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience with SAP systems .
- University Degree in Engineering (Automation, Telecommunications, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering) or Sciences (Informatics, Mathematics, Physics).
- Project Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coordinating projects within the automotive industry.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize critical topics.
