Responsibilities:

  • Support in the quotations phase for possible future projects (NBO’s); Coordination of the shop floor layouts preparation, in collaboration with the Lean and Continuous Improvement department; Coordinates and successfully implement the customer and internal engineering change requests.
  • Monthly project reviews with the local stakeholders and quarterly with the division managers.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams (including development team) Manage project risks, timing, and budget.
  • Coordinate APQP activities until SOP and 6 months after.
  • Drive customer communication and escalation management.
  • Ensure achievement of project milestones and KPIs.
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan.
  • Experience with NPI / Product Industrialization / Transfer Projects.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools.
  • Experience in managing international customers.
  • Risk management and change management.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with SAP systems .

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Engineering (Automation, Telecommunications, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering) or Sciences (Informatics, Mathematics, Physics).
  • Project Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coordinating projects within the automotive industry.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize critical topics.
